I broke an EAR! (flip!)

Dag-nabbit!

I silenced an alarm today through the Sidekick pouch today - I knew it wasn't a good idea.

Well, the left-most ear-tab-thingy on the flip broke! E-gad, that's a bummer!

I know this thing is supposed to be under warranty for a year, but how the heck do you do it?

I submitted a form on the SE site, so we'll see where that gets me...

There should have been an extra flip in the box... Did you not get one?

Um.. no. I got that piece that replaced the flip so you could operate without it? That what you mean? We're talking the physical keypad vs. the virtual keypad. I can do the virtual keypad, but I don't like it.

Anyone want to sell me theirs?? :-)

I have a spare flip included in my box.... Keypad that is.
