Video streaming not working on SE K790a

My K790a is having issues. Everytime I select a streaming 3GP link, the media player opens and says "connecting to server" then "connected to media" but then it just goes to a black screen. It's not a broken link because I have tried multiple ones from multiple sites with the same results. My internet profile settings are fine because I can browse the web without a problem.

I'm so lost.

I also found out that streaming doesn't work on any of my phones, not even my 8125. I think Cingular is blocking video streaming port. What gives?

all the stream sites work for me on utns and gsm streaming zoovision and ppcvidzs and ppc media
