Please help with 903 email problem!!

i bought my 903 in HK with HK firmware..and now i'm using it in NZ..

I'd done all the WAP setting and MMS setting etc...except the GPRS one..

Here is the problem

1. When i send an email via my phone to my gf's mobile phone in Japan
it doesn't go..but if i send it via MMS it goes through..also it doesn't shows my vodafone email address like my gf is sending it to my phone..

2. Second one is every time when i receive the email it does not show all..
first time i thought the email size i've received was over 300kb(limit) but actually its not...and also doesn't shows the picture ..etc...

My gf told me (uses 902) there is a selection that to download all the contents of the mail but my one doesn't have one..

any one please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
