Hey Guys i have heard thet SE have wifi memory card but for now the work only in a few devices palm OS i think, but i want to know is possible that we will be able to use these wifi card on our M600/w950. will sony ever introduce one in the future.

I don't think so. AFAIK it's only for like MiniSD and devices that support it.

There is a Memory Stick version of this as well, but it probably won't work in phones that weren't specifically designed for it.

There's also a Memory Stick add-in camera, but again -- unless the thing you're plugging it into is expecting that kind of expansion, it's not going to work.
