MP3-capable phones?

Hi,
simple question: which phones are MP3-capable? On Bell's site, if you select MP3, the RAZR does not show up, yet it plays them.

The RAZR plays them but it's not straighforward to get the files on and off the phone.
The following will do direct PC to phone (or PC to transflash to phone) MP3 transfer:
Samsung a920
Samsung a900
Samsung m500
Nokia ... whatever that new bar format one is 
Sanyo 7500
Motorola e815
Motorola a840 (i think ...)
any of the Palm or Windows Mobile devices
LG Fusic (coming soon)
Motorola KRZR (maybe coming soon)
