How to fix iTunes on my phone, it doesn't work (pressing keypad iTunes button!)?

my iTunes got corrupted and I deleted it,after installing DAP 5.0.0.15.I also designed my RAZR with some skins. I've uninstalled DAP, when i use the button iTunes the message is "please wait............." (all time long)...maybe you could help me out with my missing iTunes file.

Idunno if it works for all the cases... I erased it then reinstalling it with motomidman the steps I think are
-delete
-restart
-install
-change attributes to : unselected all
-restart
-change attribute to : corelet and signed
-restart
not sure if it works the same way! but there's nothing to lose, itunes is already corrupted anyway
(it works also on L7 or E1)
