I’ve spent some time with Cingular support and they were not able to help me, so I’m hoping that one of you may have an answer please.

I like the RIM devices for the e-mail push feature. I own my own business and think that it will be helpful to have seamless access to e-mails. However, I’m the type of fellow who keep his ALL his e-mail for 4-5 years. Which means I have all copies of my sent, deleted, etc. mails. When I respond to an e-mail using a BB the only way to get a copy of that same send mail in my Outlook Sent folder is to BCC myself, which also send a duplicate e-mail to my Inbox on the computer AND to the BB device. So I have to manually move that e-mail to my Sent folder. A pain. The other way of course is to use an Enterprise Server – which I am not going to do.

So, is there a way to synchronize ALL e-mail (i.e. inbox, sent, etc) to Outlook on my PC without having to move stuff around manually? Is there a hack or a proggy that does that?
