Hi, I just bought a siemens sk65 and I am trying to get the browser to work but it wont. I am with rogers and the phone is unlocked. I'm able to make calls, receive and also do text msging but the internet will not work. I have all the settings supposedly and I have gone to web site that is posted on here to do mobile settings but it's not available anymore...I've called siemens, they won't help because it's a european phone and rogers won't help either.
If anyone has any idea how to help, please do so..I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is my settings for SL65. Siemens are set up pretty similar to one another so I hope this helps. The setup is a little confusing so I'll do my best to simplify it. I have FIDO so I am just copying and pasting the Rogers settings. Play around with them or have someone else post if you have any problems:

Menu > Setup > Connectivity > Make sure GPRS is Checked on then go back to the connectivity menu.

Connectivity > Data Services > Edit an empty profile > GPRS Settings

Name: Rogers
APN: goam.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
DNS 1: 208.200.067.150
DNS 2: 208.200.067.151

Access your browser > Options > Setup > Profiles > Select an empty profile and go to Options > Edit

Name: Rogers
HomePage: http://mymobilehomepage.rogers.com/
Protocol: HTTP
Address: 208.200.067.150
Primary Port: 9203
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
Connection Profile: Rogers (This is the one you set up in Connectivity)

I still havent figured out MMS yet. If I do, I'll post here.

Here it goes. Remember, yours may be slightly different cuz mine is an SL65.

Menu > Setup > Connectivity > Make sure GPRS is Checked on then go back to the connectivity menu.

Connectivity > Data Services > Edit an empty profile > GPRS Settings

Name: Internet
APN: internet.fido.ca
Username: fido
Password: fido
DNS 1: 204.092.015.211
DNS 2: 204.092.015.212

Go back to Data services and edit another empty profile:

Name: WAP
APN: wap.fido.ca
Username: fido
Password: fido
DNS 1: 204.092.015.211
DNS 2: 204.092.015.212

Go back to Data Services adn go to HTTP Profile. Set the 'Providers' to 'WAP'.

Access your browser > Options > Setup > Profiles > Select an empty profile and go to Options > Edit

Name: FidoWAP
HomePage: (Select your own. I use http://wap.mobile9.com)
Protocol: HTTP
Address: 205.151.11.11
Primary Port: 8080
Username: fido
Password: fido
Connection Profile: wap (This is the one you set up in Connectivity)

Again, I havent really tried MMS yet. If I figure it out I will post it
