thanks in advance. by htc version, i mean the UK version which could be O2 XDA Trion/MDA Vario II/i-mate JASJAM/Qtek 9600/HTC TyTN/Dopod CHT9000.

Yes it is the same: same connector, same amps and volts. The prongs will vary from country to country but all are 100-240v world chargers.
