please help with my Moto e815

well first of all i have had this phone maybee a month, ok, i have a micro sd card for my e815 and i put some songs and some other sounds on there and it worked fine up untill 3 days ago i went to axcess my trans-flash and the phone just freezes up for about 3-4 minutes, someone please help. thx in advancez

Try removing the card and battery, then replace. If that doesn't work, you may want to re-format your card but backup your files first. Maybe one is corrupt?

tried it, doesnt work, i have now deleted everything on the card and tried it, still no progress, and also now when i even just put the card in the phone without trying to axcess anything it will freeze

Wow, never happened to me when I had my e815. Only thing else is maybe a master reset? It will delete most of the stuff on your phone though. If that doesn't work, Id say its a hardware issue and you prob need to take it to VZW (assuming that's your carrier).

k, absolutely nothing, i am so pissed, this phone sux, well in my experience, the card is absolutely cleared as when i bought it and used it, and whenever i put it in the phone, BAM!!! FREEZE TIME, and alltel better not try and get me to pay for a new one when this is internaly ****3d

Put it in a card reader, and reformat it. I will bet you that will work.

i have a card reader slot on the computer, how would i try to format it?
