HELP!!! Treo 650 Problems

I was on the phone talking and the phone just turned off! Then the cell part of the phone will not turn back on. I have tried the soft reset and hard reset but nothing happens. Also, when I tried to sync the phone it stops at the following file name during sync: psysLaunchDB. Anyone has any idea was going on here?
