Motorla V3 Black - Both screens blank

Hey. Looked around the forum but couldn't find any answer, both the screens on my V3 have just died and don't work. I can still receive calls and the buttons make noises when pressed? Nothing has been done to it at all except downloaded a few ringtones from service provider. It's not under warranty anymore so I can't take it in and I'm hoping I don't have to fork out alot of money for repairs..

Does the left side of the phone where the to halves meet feel loose or sloppy?
