Treo 650 as Windows Mobile Internet connection

Has anyone had any success in using their 650 as the connection to the internet for their windows mobile device. I have Cingular, with the unlimited connect, and a HP 2495 with bluetooth. I want to connect on the 650 and then surf on the 2495 (bigger screen). Has anyone done it, tried it, can it be done? Thanks.
