Lightwav Pro on 680 Warning

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but I wanted to report that after installing Lightwav Pro (clean install, NOT synced from the 650...in fact, this is the first time Palm Desktop or any other Palm application has ever been on my new Macbook) the phone constantly rebooted everytime the phone was about to ring when Lightwav was enabled. In fact, after uninstalling Lightwav (how the hell do you do a hard reset on this phone!!!??), my back speaker is now making a snowy noise everytime I press the navigation keys, or touch an icon with the stylus, AND when the factory installed ringtones go off. The developer is of no help. I got conned into upgrading to Pro yesterday after he informed me the earlier version I've been using all along on my 650 (v. 5.3) wouldn't work on the 680. Now he responds with "oh, maybe it isn't compatible with the 680" and completely fell off the face of the earth when I mentioned the word "refund".
