Is it just me, or is anyone else having trouble removing the back of the Blackjack? Sometimes I feel as if I'm going to damage the phone when I apply a lot of pressure to slide back the cover.

dont do it like the manual says. face the phone down and put your left index finger on top of the power port and your left thumb just above the scroll wheel. Then put your right index finger on the right side of the batter cover and your right thumb on the left side of the battery cover and pull it off. best and safest way.

Palm of hand works extremely well for me.

hs beaups, you are a genius. This method takes 1/2 second, little pressure, and absolutely no stress. Thanks!!!!!

I tried to follow the instructions the first time and feared destroying the phone. My wife didn't read the instructions and was sliding her cover on and off with no effort!!

I now use her method......left hand holds the phone steady... right thumb at bottom of phone and 4 fingers across battery cover.... gently pull down with all 4 fingers and it smoothly slides off.

thanks. let me elaborate. entire battery cover in palm of right hand. fingers curled up onto front of unit just under bottom row of keys. then slide palm up and the thing comes right off. really it's instant!
