V3I battery...Fully charged, then shows dead, then full, then dead...then 2 bars...

use it for 2-3 minutes of phone talk, battery goes down to 1 bar, few minutes later it reboots and shows full charge for about 3-4hrs, then does the same thing over again, then it shows two bars


In the meantime it seems to get disconnected here and there and im not sure if its rebooting or just what, but ill look over across the room and the phone is all lit up saying no signal, then it connects back a few seconds later, its like it loses its signal once or twice an hour it seems(is this cause i need the cingular firmware on it for tower switching, it happens when sitting idle in one spot even)
