V3x, no service in Oklahoma...emergency only. Please Help!!

So i'm here in OKC for 3 months, and I'm originally from NYC. I have an unlocked Moto V3x, it works fine in NYC, I come to Oklahoma, and nothing. All it says is Emergency only. I messed with the Network Settings, but nothing...I had to resort to buying a Moto C139 (works fine) which is terrible.

I don't know what Flexing/Flashing is, and is that what I need to do in order for the phone to work?? Please, if you guys can help...let me know. Thanks

Nothing you can do .... the x doesn't have 850 so you cannot get service...
