When adding a photo for a contact in Outlook, then syncing, where the hell on the phone does the picture hide? What folder?

Looking into it right now ~

The address book/contacts links to wherever the picture is. This is why when I sync with my laptop (using MissingSync) the pictures I've taken of my contacts sync'd with everything else.

I take pics and put them in a folder in my pictures, then link to them from contacts. Sadly my Entourage doesn't use those pictures when I transfer to the computer, so maybe that was your problem too?

Yes I do understand the choosing a pic form the contact menu on the phone, but this is if you add the pic in Outlook, then sync. I currently have 4 photos linked to 4 contacts and can not find the pictures anywhere on the phone.

I think when the photo is linked to a picture on your desktop and not on the phone itself, the picture is embedded into the contact file itself. I've noticed that if I sync directly to my exchange server via the internet, the pictures that I have in my contacts on my desktop do not get sync'd into the phone, but if I sync with my desktop first, or when I eventually do sync with the desktop, then the contacts that have pictures are also sync'd to the phone and picture gets displayed when opened on the phone...hope this helps.

I agree with Mike. It doesnt get loaded into a folder. It is embedded into the contact info.
