I am lucky enough to have the nokia 7190 and will admit I really like the phone, and I would like to add either the Blue or Purple LED to mine, but will wait until warranty runs out. I have sent mine to Nokia twice for service already, each time due to slide problems, and they never upgraded my firmware, so I assume there is no later version.
I called Motorola today to find out if they will flash my Motorola V66 and they said no but it can be done in Canada.

As far as I know they only make them for the 3390, but it's possible to put one on a 3360 except it will be on the bottom of the phone instead of the top (since the battery prongs are on the bottom instead of the top on that phone). I was going to get a white one that way it'd match the battery, but since I figured on the front of the phone it's blue top, white bottom, I'd do the same on the back. And as for it sticking up there, there is a little sticky adhesive on the back of the crown that way it can stick to the phone. You don't have to stick it though, it already kinda stays down since the back cover pushes it down, but I just stuck it down anyway with the adhesive. |
