Razr V3 Screen blanks out

My GF has a Razr V3 (Pink).
Recently, when you turn it on, it powers up, and then after a few seconds, it appears to turn off. The phone is still working however, because the keys light up, and she can still place/recieve calls. So it seems something is wrong with the screen.
Any suggestions?

It can be a lot of things. You'll probably want to call your service provider and see what options they give you to get it repaired or replaced.
