I have bought Cingular 8125 from ebay for $250. Initially, I bid on the phone, but later was outbidded. Seller offered me second chance offer for the phone, which I agreed on and we negotiated the price and discussed the Condition of the phone etc etc. Seller, F****r, Assured me to send phone next business day with priority mail, for which I paid. But I never got phone nor any reply after that. I called and left many msg. send many mail. but no reply.

What should i do now. Any Advise??

First, report the seller to ebay. Also, if you paid via paypal, inform paypal that you never received the item so that they can try to do a chargeback. What's the seller's info, does he/her have good feedback, how long have they been on ebay. Post some info here...

That guy (legit781) is on ebay since 2004 and got 2 feedback ratings. I have already filed dispute with ebay and paypal. I heard that paypal just pays 200$ for all the item more than $200, is it true? What are other options to get hold of this guy??

Are you sure this is the correct ID? I just searched for "legit781", and nothing came up only similar ID's. Just tell paypal you did not receive the item, they will inform the seller and go from there. Hopefully it was not a hijacked account.
