Mobitv Issues???

I purchased MOBITV from Handango, I was able to download and install the program. When I try to start this app. it starts up, receives the signal then freezes up for a while then an Error Report pops up and asks if I want to send the error report to Microsoft. Once I send th report, the screen freezes up and I have to remove the battery to unfreeze and restart the Dash. Any Suggestions?

I can't get it to work too. I gave up.

Well that sucks!!! Did you cancel your subscription?
