Just received the phone, put my Cingular 64K simcard in the nokia 3300 (AT&T Branded) and it says Phone Restricted.

How can I fix this?

This phone is SIM locked. You must enter the appropriate "subsidy unlock" code in order to remove said lock.

Discussing *how* to unlock a phone is a violation of HowardForums rules. I officially suggest you consult the Marketplace to find someone who will unlock your phone for you.

Unofficially, you could Google it.

Called Cingular, they are sending me an e-mail within 5-10 days. They said it was an unlock code. We'll just have to see!
