razr v3 camera problem

I recently flashed/flexed my razr v3 with a monster pack and everything works fine except the camera and video camera. When i click on either of them it shows a black screen and the memory percentage used. The phone then freezes and i have to take out the battery to turn it back on. Anyone know what to do?
