I bought this boxwave versa charger pro from them.. in the first week of november to charge my 6945.. it came.. 2 weeks later because of slow ordering and back orders..

worked for 3 seconds.. and never since.. i've emailed tech support with order number all the information and everything.. i got an answer 1.5 weeks later, the guy obviously didn't read the email i sent because he asked me all the questions i had preemptively answerd in the email..

And since I've had no response to my 3 emails.. it's been longer then a month now.. and i still have an expensive useless charger nobody want's to replace..

any idea how to contact the, or email them..

Darn, I wish you would have asked about Boxwave before you purchased from them. A year and a half ago I had a similar experience with Boxwave. They are a really poorly run company. Their customer support is non-existant so you can forget about technical support. They'll leave you hanging and stranded for weeks even months. Often they don't even reply or attempt to fix the situation. Good luck getting help from them.

Thankfully for me, I used a credit card when I purchased from them. I was forced to contact my CC company and get them to go after Boxwave and do a charge back. Funny, because the second I initiated the charge back through my CC company, after over a month of my emails going unanswered, Boxwave magically responded, begging for forgiveness and pleading to stop the charge back, that they'd fix the issue and send out a working new product.

I laughed, ignored their emails just like they had done mine for over a month and got every red cent back from my CC company. Boxwave sent me a new product to try and make nice but it was too late. I didn't want anything to do with them. And from what the rep told me from my CC company about Boxwave, they have a TON of complaints and charge backs against them. The rep mentioned that if Boxwave continues racking up all these complaints and charge backs that the CC company would pull Boxwave's ability to accept their credit cards.

Just avoid buying from Boxwave altogether. There are a lot better run companies selling the same exact products often for LESS in most cases. PPCTechs (www.ppctechs.com) and Javoedge (www.javoedge.com) are two great, RESPONSIBLE companies that come to mind and that I purchase my screen protectors and chargers from. Check them out.

Lastly, if you used yoru CC to buy from Boxwave, you should definitely inform your CC company of this debacle and start the charge back process. I guarantee you the second that you do, you'll magically get an email from Boxwave begging to make right by you. But don't play their game. Get your money back through your CC company, lodge a complaint, never buy from that fly-by-night shaddy company again and tell all your friends, family and coworkers to avoid Boxwave as well. That's the only way Boxwave will change their poor treatment of paying customers. That or they'll be forced out of business.
