How to install Games in motorazr V3i

Hi ,
Happy to join this forum.
I have a problem with downloading games to my v3i mobile. problem is, after inserting the cable in PC it is still showing "insert cable now". dont know what to do after that.
please help

Take the JAD or JAR file and drag it into the kjava folder of the hard drive. Then go onto your phone and click install. Then switch to the phone part of your phone and enjoy!

Thanks for your response,
but I could not find the folder called kjava, i see only java folder, where u want me to drop the JAD or Jar file.
