I have a quick question i'd like to ask. I'm not sure if it has been asked before....if so, i'm sorry. I searched the forum and didn't find anything. I purchased a blackjack from ebay and planned on taking my sim card out of my old phone and placing it in the blackjack to avoid the $40 per month for data. I currently play $19.99. i did this and tried to access the internet, only to find that I couldn't. When i called cingular, they told me a i needed an updated sim card. Has anyone heard this before? Do i really have to get a different sim card? if so, i'm sure i'll be stuck paying the extra as they probably won't give me the card until i purchase a higher price data plan.....

Please let me know if anyone has any info on the subject

They made me change sim cards also. I just added the $40 plan, and then called customer service and changed it to the MediaMax 1000.
