325i 6 hours off when syncing calendar

I have been trying to get my 325i to sync with outlook. I recieved a seem file for the 325 that I was told would work. It did to some extent. I was able to sync with calendar and transfer firles, but bluetooth was disabled and the calendar synced 6 hours earlier than the appointment was set for in outlook.

I then restored the original seem file, set MPT 4.3.6 to 323m. Suncing was again operational but still synced 6 hours off. Could this be a problem with MPT or the seem file?
