can someone shed some light on what exactly part-time relief is, how long it's for, and what can typically be expected in terms of pay. wasn't able to get a straight answer from the hiring manager

3 months 750, 500, 250 there you go sir that was my relief pay sir!

i think i got screwed then, mine was 2 months, 400, then 100. it seems like everybody that got hired after me is getting a better releif payment.

mine was 405 now 105 part time

They dropped it a while ago i got hired back in august have your manager have them compensate.

its not part time its just relief pay so that for teh first 3 months while you are still learning and catching up they dont expect u too be able to sell as well so they pay you and extra bundle of cash so that you can get by until ur ready to push sales ops...
