How do you access your phone if you've tried the pin more than 3 times. and you get a message PIN BLOCKED PUK:

you have to call your service provider, talk to a CSR, tell them u want your PUK code. They will verify that you are actually the owner of the phone, by asking you a few questions, and then they will give you the PUK code.
Punch that in. and Voila!
your phone will be fine!

And don't try just making up a PUK code, because after 10 attempts with the wrong PUK code, the SIM will be of no further use to you or your phone and you'll have to spring for a new one.

Being that every time a customer comes in with a fried sim card all we do is replace the sim i would the phone will still be ok to use.....
