Dash wifi connection problems

I have a Dash with a wireless network in house. I have WEP turned on router and have the network key entered into the phone. I get a connection (the icon at the top is a solid circle and wifi connection status says it is connected with an IP address assigned) but when I try to surf my GPRS tries to connect first. When I turn the data connection off and try to surf it says page not available and check to see if connection properly setup or something like that. I have PIE set to automatically detect settings. The router is fine because at the same time I am surfing on my laptop. It has connected in the past so this is a recent problem. Has anyone had this problem or do they have a possible solution.

I think the best way to help you with this is tell you the settings I have, as mine does work correctly.

In IE:
- [Menu][Options][Connections]
- I have "Automatically detect settings" checked.
- For "Select network" I have The Internet

For My Connections
- From Home Screen
- [Start][Settings][Connections]
- [Menu][Advanced]
- For "Internet connection:" I have T-Mobile Data
- For "Work connection" I have Automatic
- For WAP connection I have T-Mobile MMS (Not sure why on that one.)
- For Secure WAP connection:" I have Automatic
- [Options]
- For "Redial attempts" I have None
- For "Idle disconnect after" I have 10 minutes
- For "My desktop connects to" I have The Internet

I don't recall changing any of these. Your mileage may vary.

Thanks Joel for the Reply....I went through and my settings are the same exact as yours. I'm not sure if a program I installed could have changed some settings. I did install facade a couple of weeks ago, but I am not exactly sure when this problem started.
