Hello, my apologizes if this has already been posted, but I have limited computer access to check.

I recently purchased a DOPOD S300, HTC STARTREK from Taiwan. I am trying to use it on the IRAQNA network, however the phone does not register any network connection. The sim card worked fine in my Motorola L2, but no results in the STARTREK. Any ideas? Do I need a ROM update or is there some way to test if this phone will works and is not broken? The phonebook stored on the sim card works.
