Mailwatcher and Blackjack

When examining the running programs in Task Manager on my Blackjack, the program "Mailwatcher" always seems to be active. It will even reactivate after I stop it. Does anyone know what this is? I assume it has something to do with automatic mail download or push email, but I use neither one.

it has to be something else thats not in my task folder. i have push set up. are you using it via pop or outlook?

I'm using the POP e-mail with Yahoo. It works perfectly (although deleting the message from the phone deletes it from Yahoo, and I can't figure out how to stop that...) I'm not using the automatic download.
