MOTORIZR Z3 MMS problems.

Help, I just bought a new unlocked RIZR off ebay and can't get the mms to work. I stopped by the local cingular store but, they wouldn't even try to help me with my problem. Every time I try to connect I get a msg that data server is not available. I'm not very tech savy, but will try anything to get this straightened out.
