K750i buttons stuck

The 4 buttons surrounding my joy stick are stuck and refuse to respond but all other buttons are working. Don't know if this is because I left it next to my heater for a little while but have done this before and it has never affected it. Don't understand why the joystick and all other buttons are working but not these. Any tips?

First try pulling out your battery to reset your phone and if that doesn't work try doing master reset or master clear ... this happened to my wife's phone once
