There are so many other programs out there that work with other phones, specifically GSM phones, specifically the Vxxx series from Motorola, V3, V3i, etc. that you are going to laugh at WebJAL. Go back and read my post about everything that can be done with the plain RAZR V3. I don't about the V3r.

There are manufacturer programs, like Motorola Phone Tools, but that does not work with Nextel phones. It isn't really a carrier based thing either. Anyone with a GSM V3 can mod their phone like I did, using those programs.
