Moto Z3? No Time? Flash Help?

I have gotten a few Z3's and a custmore just told me that the phone dose not display the time and i did everything i know to get the time to show up on the phone. So my question to everyone is. Is there a new Flash for this phone that will fix this?

The Phone is has the Fallowing

Flex GSTCPRIHG0014009B
S/W: R452B_G_0802.08RDSP
DSP S/W: 63353500

So right now the time can not be display on the phone then? Just want to get this confrimed
