BlackJack and Xpress Mail

Does any one else have a problem with Xpress Mail not sending the subfolders of your in-box. I have a lot of rules at my work outbox that filter certain e-mails. Is there a setting that I not doing correctly. If not is there another way to get the sub-folders, maybe a software change
