L6, Don't know where to start! Plz help

I bought a Motorola L6 off eBay and since I have received it i noticed it was from Hong Kong because the "quick note" template things are all in Chinese. Anyways, when I go under the settings menu things like "Web Access" are not there, which is where I change it to my carriers information for mobile internet, MMS, etc.

I do have the usb cable to hook my phone up to my computer. Is there something I can download and "flash" or "flex" my phone with to get USA cingular software? Im not familiar with these terms or if this is possible.

If you don't understand my problem I would be happy to explain in more detail, just ask.

"Web Access" is there, it's just in a different folder. As for the settings: If you did a quick SEARCH function first, you would've came across... http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=958822
