Hi everyone,

This has been an ongoing problem with my phone. When I turn on bluetooth, it randomly shuts off on it's own. I had my phone connected to my car handsfree bluetooth, I made a call and after I hung up the BT disconnected a few seconds after the call. Another problem I have is, when the BT is working properly, my phone heats up. It gets quite hot where the battery is. Is this common for all v635's?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It is not common that any phone gets hot, you might have the BT not working properly, maybe a short cirtcuit inside the BT, thats why the battery gets hot and it shuts off or restart by itself (the phone has a short circuit protection).

My Sony Ericsson doesn't heat up at all and I have no issues with Bluetooth on that phone. I had a v3t and didn't have any issues with BT on that phone either and that phone never overheated as well. So, I don't know what's going on.
