Newbie:Mp3s with SLVR and Win. ME.

How do I download mp3s to my SLVR? I have windows Me.
Do I need Itunes? Or can I use another program?
I have searched and searched.

Please advise.

if you have a TF card, just connect your phone as "memory card" and copy the mp3 files to mobile/audio folder in the card.

or if you have bluetooth in PC, just send the mp3 via bluetooth to your phone.

last option is to install p2k driver, then use p2k tools to copy the mp3 files.

iTunes is not necessary, you can use the motorola sound player.

Is the tf card the small little card that is in the slvr?
If so how do i connect it?
IVe plugged it into the usb, but cannot find it to store music.

b4 you connect your phone via usb, select "memory card" in menu "connection - usb setting". then your card should be detected as removable drive.

I have that setting correct.

When I plug the phone in the comp. thinks for a sec and then does nothing. How do i find the phone?

and
Mobile. with multiple folders inside.

some of the mp3s say file format not recignized or something, even though they are the same as the others.

Is there a way to transfer the mp3s to itunes once in the phone.
In order to use the features. The way they are now, oyu have to play them individually.

I think slvr can play mp3 up to 192 bitrate.

your question is not clear. do u mean you want to play the mp3 using iTunes on your phone? or transfer to desktop iTunes?

Its weird. Some songs play almost all the way through, and then say file format wrong or something. Only a couple of them.
