Hello,
When I goto settings on my Blackjack, then into connections, then GPRS, I change wap.cingular to isp.cinguar, and I change wap@cingulargprs.com to isp@cingulargprs.com, and it still doesn't work, can any one tell me what Im doing wrong ? THANKS

Depends on which data plan you have. If MediaMax, you want it on the WAP settings. If Smartphone or PDA Connect then you want to use the ISP settings.

I have PDA Connect, can you please point me to a thread that shows you how to configure all of these settings on your blackjack ? I've been searching all day.

I've seen this happen with all the Blackjacks I've come across. It's odd but it seems the phone doesn't play nice with the APN.

I recommend you make sure the proxy isn't configured for the connection.

So do you recommend deleting the proxy ?

Although you didn't specifically say what your problem is - I'll assume you can't browse the web when using the isp apn. If so, try deleting the proxy.

The isp apn never plays nicely with anything other than a pocketpc/palm, though IMO. So I really don't expect it to work.

You can't use the wireless.cingular.com proxy when on isp.cingular. If your phone is set to use it, it will fail to function.
