Spam to Cingular Blackberry email address?

Since 11/14/06 a co-worker has been getting lots of spam to his mycingular.blackberry.net email address. I haven't received a single one on my Blackberry (knock on wood!).
Anyone else seeing this problem?
Does anyone have a solution? So far, Cingular tech support has been 1-800-USELESS to my co-worker.

Pretty much the only solution is to delete the blackberry.net address and create and entirely different one.
