How do I unlock Motorola v710

My phone is alternating from alltel service to cricket and it is only supposed to be on cricket. The cricket dealer said motorola would have to unlock the phone, but he had no suggestions on where to go or who to talk to.. Please help?

The phone does not need to be unlocked, but rather the correct PRLs loaded.
