Blackjack Increase the Automatic Check interval for Pop3 email?

Anyone know? The lowest is 15 minutes, I need something along the lines of 1 minute or 5 minutes. If not is there another client I can use that can do this?

You really don't want to. It usually take about 1 to 2 min to do a full check and anything under about 3 min it will CONSTANTLY be checking. This will adversely affect you battery life to the tune of it dieing after only a few hours.
