just wondering if anyone in here uses it? Does it help?

Last time I tried nothing showed up, I think they pulled it in my area.

I've had some extremely awesome ROCCS calls, and some terrible ones.

The general consensus is that ROCCS could be a great system, but it is so delayed (sometimes offers features to people they were using THREE months ago) and offers packages for little usage (message starter for someone using like, four messages... three months ago... and all of them were incoming).

We pretty much HAVE to use ROCCS at our location if our features are below quota or our ARSM makes us cry.

ROCCS sucks. just another way for cingular to exploit its consumers, through telemarketing.

That's the reason I wish I had access to ROCCS, it can get boring at hofo when no one else is posting

Every once and awhile either very early a.m., or at night. Like today I got here and it was still dark out yeah!

That pretty much sums up my experience with it when I was working for cingular. Some days it worked great, some days it didn't work at all. Sometimes it would suggest text packages to people that didn't text at all, and 7-7 n&w for people that never used n&w at all.

My only problem with ROCCS is that most of the contact info is bad. Also, you have to make 30 calls before you even get one feature add.

He wont be caught. A guy in my store does the same thing, and has been doing it for years. One time someone from corp. called and reported it to the manager, she told him just to note the accounts and say someone requested the changes.

Anyone know if the 100 calls a week will become mandatory. I got out of a telmarketing job two years ago for a face to face retail position, and now It seems like I'm being required to go back to telemarketing, why doesn't the damn assistant managers due this and just rotate who they give feautures adds too? If it's slow in the store, send a part timer home.
