I use Lotus Notes at work, thats where all my email comes from and our Enterprise BlackBerry server is working with Lotus Notes. So I have an address book on my work PC that has contacts on it. But how do I get my address book on the Pearl synced up with that addresss book on the work PC?

Its not syncing, my address book on the PC/Louts Notes where all my email syncs looks different than the one on the phone. The PC doesn't have any of the contacts I've copied down from the SIM, those are the ones I want to clean up on the PC once I get them there, and then sync back up with the phone so they are clean on the phone. Right now I have all my SIM copied down to phone contacts that are not clean, several multiple entry contacts etc...I don't want to clean up ON THE PHONE, I want to do this on the PC, but thats where I'm having issues! HOW do I get them there?

Are you syncing via USB or wirelessly? Have you checked the Intellisync settings in Dekstop Manager (if you installed it)?

I'm wirelessly...I guess, thats the setting that I have to YES. I haven't installed the CD/Software, was told by IT didn't need it. We have the BB Enterprise Server and Lotus Notes, I get my email, and calendar etcs...but the address books are off.
