Has nayone tried to install the new Skye beta for smartphones on the 3125? Any feed back? What phone version did you choose as that specific one is not shown as supported, but I am sure it can work on it.

I installed it on mine yesterday when the download showed up in the news feeds. It installed fine, I just picked one of the smartphone models...it doesn't matter which one, if you look at the underlying link, they all point to the same thing, there is a file for PPC phones, and one for Smartphones. I think I chose the Dash, but I don't remember.

Anyway...it installed, fired up, logged in w/ no trouble. But, I was just playing w/ it, the echo voice test thing ran fine at home, but kinda ka-chunked here at work. I get 150-200kbps at home and sub 100kbps speeds at work. I didn't not try to make a call yet, why, I don't know anybody that uses Skype, I was only trying it out to see what the UI looked like and stuff. I guess I could signup for Skype Out while it's still free for a couple weeks and try it, but just didn't have time last night.
