copy address book to sim help

i have a 7290 and would like to copy the address book i have stored on the phone to the sim card. i know you can export the phone book from sim card to phone, but can you do it the other way around?

AFAIK, you can only copy one number per contact from your phone to your SIM. That is, if you have more than one contact number for any entry on your phone, you'll need to copy that contact with each number (one by one) in order to store it all on your SIM. I believe someone on here had mentioned it before (not sure who).
