What is the best method to uninstall program from the Blackjack? Either ones I've downloaded as a trial or those that came on the device (like MusicID)?
Are you uninstalling from to free up memory and clutter?

Start-> Settings-> 7 More -> 2 Remove Programs.

You can do it that way or you can open ActiveSync when your phone is hooked to the computer and go to Tools and then Add/Remove Programs in Active Sync.

Well, this works for those programs that I've installed but I'm hoping to clean out some of the preinstalled programs and files.
